Last week, Thurrock Residential Developers’ Partnership (TRDP) hosted a hands-on workshop at South Essex Colleges Group’s Thurrock Campus, introducing students to careers in planning and placemaking.
With Thurrock set for major growth, students explored how planners shape vibrant, sustainable communities. Industry experts from Hill Group, Thurrock Council, and Iceni shared insights, while a planning simulation let students tackle real-world challenges.
